Dr. Cao Thi Ngoc is a Residency-trained Dentist in Odonto-Stomatology from Hanoi Medical University – one of the most rigorous and advanced postgraduate training programs in Vietnam. With a solid academic background and extensive clinical experience, Dr. Ngoc specializes in orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry.
